Reservations for the Top of the Hill can be made by calling 365-4466 between 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Monday through Thursday. Students will be taking reservations again this year at this number to enhance their learning opportunities. We will answer the phone as much as we can during this class and we do apologize if we miss your call.
Initially, a maximum of three reservations per customer can be made for The Top of the Hill in each eight week session. This will allow many people the opportunity to dine with us over the semester. If you are unable to make your reservation or the number in your party has changed, please make every effort to let us know at least 24 hours in advance. This will allow us to make changes and fill reservations that would otherwise go un-used. After the first two weeks of service, you will be able to make additional reservations if they are available.
Monday/Wednesday dates will be served by Food Practicum students serving cafe style service for the first eight week class. This class will feature a fresh salad bar, daily soups, lunch specials, beverages and desserts based on rotating cuisine. This type of service features great food, affordably priced and served quickly! Just go through the line and choose your selections that are ready for you! Take-out orders are always welcome!
Tuesday/Thursday dates will be served by Restaurant Practicum students. Themed Cuisine Buffets will be served during the first eight weeks in this class. These feature all you can eat of International and National Cuisines planned and served by students. Fresh ingredients and a variety of foods to fit the cuisine of the day are served on the buffets. These have been very popular with Top of the Hill customers in the past so make sure you get your reservations right away!
Thank you for your support of our students! Without customers, it would be hard for our students to learn in our hands on laboratory classes at The Top of The Hill.
